Folks I am using a Curve 8310 on ATT (BIS) and can not get AudibleAir to connect. The app installs ok, but when it tries to connect to verify my account I get "Tunnel Failed"
I have tried the Audible.com troubleshooting to no avail. Any ideas?
I'm using a 8220 Pearl Flip and have the same problem. Audible indicated to me that they are waiting on resources from RIM to resolve this issue. I just switched to BlackBerry from Windows Mobile, and I completely love Audible. This is very frustrating that everything appears to install just fine; but no connection can be made. I've used multiple APN's (using TMobile) with no luck.

I got this working last night on my Bold (9900). Downloaded the audible air for the 8800 and was getting the tunnel error. finally went into Audible Air, then Settings, then Preferences, and switched Preferred Network to Cellular, it had defaulted to WiFi, which I never have on or connected. Worked like a charm after that!
