for the past week or so, practically every day, I have been losing my profiles. Does anybody know why ? Is there any way to get it back?

Assuming you did a backup.

Hook up your device to your desktop manger and click restore advanced, and move the profiles over to your device.

I am more concerned why you are losing your profiles?
