Default Email Profiler - 10-28-2008, 07:19 PM

Friends, was wanting to know if someone knows about a program (that works 4.6 and higher) that will allow emails to be profiled...let me explain...

If I get an email from [email address] between the hours 9pm tonight until 8am the next morning, the device (via program) will delete the email from the device. Is there anything like that? Thanks!

Message Alerts will do that, among many other things. One of my favorite apps - I pretty much don't use profiles.

Will emails be removed from the "device only" or "mailbox and device"? This is the big one as I dont want to see the emails, but want them to remain in my work inbox.

I honestly don't know - I haven't tried the feature, just seen it. I suspect just device only, but I think they have a free trial.

Yeah downloaded and have installed and am awaiting the 20 minute refresh of my work email to see what the verdict is. I used this program a long time ago when I had a 7290, but forgot all about it. Thanks for the heads up, it is very much appreciated!

MessageAlerts did not work well on the Bold, too many java runtime errors. They need to work the bugs out. I have been using AlertMatrix by RexWireless and have put a bug in their ears about beefing up the app to do more of what AlertMatrix does. Hopefully they will....
