Default chinese dictionary?

looking for dictionary that will translate chinese character to english...
Sometimes I get text message in chinese and understand some of the characters.

Im using the Bold.

If you're OK with using an online dictionary, the nciku Chinese dictionary has a mobile version at m.nciku.com
