Default Notifylink or NotifySync ? - 11-08-2008, 09:27 AM

Anyone here using Notifylink or NotifySync? They (Notify Technology) seem to have NotifySync as a new product that connects your Blackberry directly to you bussiness, calender and email via ActiveSync. It supports Exchange (2003 and 2007) and has beta testings running or others like Zimbra, Communigate and Kerio as well.

A few days back Notify announced it on their site ( www notifycorp.com ) but it did show up on the helpdesk ( notifysync.notify.net ) for some time allready ...

What I do NOT find is the pricetag. I think that I did read a while back somewhere on a blog about a new product they had at that time in the "syncworks" what was promised to be "super inexpensive" (compared to Notifylink what is rather expensive?)

Anybody any idea here about pricing of NotifySync ?

Marc

Thumbs up NotifySync - 11-12-2008, 05:36 PM

Greetings,
I have been useing the NotifySync on my 8830 with my exchange provider Hostlabs as a Bata tester. I am very happy with the results and the savings on my Mobile bill. I still will have to pay the usual $10 dollers amonth with my exchange host but i do not have to subscribe to the BES plan with my phone provider which is very cool I only need the basic data plan for internet and Text and i can Sync all my Outlook folders to my device just as if i was on BES. It basically uses the same protocls as a MS smart phone and connects through activeSync.

I am sure my provider would be happy to give you a test run they are very friendly and helpful for all my office messaging needs.

Hope that helps

What is someone looking at if they have the Kerio server and want to use about 10 devices?

Sounds reasonable (assuming it's solid).
