Quick question - I downloaded this onto my Storm after seeing a few people using it in another thread, yet when I try to take a screencap on my phone it gives me nothing but a white image. Any thoughts on this?

Maybe this is OT, but I just downloaded and before I assigned it a convenience key, I snapped a couple of screens by just clicking on the icon.

I looked and deleted one, no problem, but now when I try to delete the other, it says "File System Error". I tried renaming and moving to the device memory, same error message.

Any help?

**EDIT**
Nevermind. I waived the magic "hard reset" wand and that fixed it. Where's that rolleyes smiley when I need it?

A way to choose what folder the screenshots default to would be nice. I'd love for them to go to the pics-folder/screenshots if possible.

Excellent app, Cool6324, than k you very much. I've tried to grab a screenie of a video I was playing but only got a black screen. Can you grab screens of video or is this a limitation of the o.s.?

Thx for the updated link. I don't know if the link in the first post is still active or if my berry lost it's connection momentarily, but the OTA link below worked great for me.

Further to prior posts (last time I tried the program), have you had any thoughts to making the "Capture It" (menu item) an option, or to allowing people to move where on the menus it is (ie top or bottom)? I can't tell you how many times I've taken screen shots when I meant to move icons.

Again, thanks for this nifty little priceless app!

Does the 1.4 really cause a vibration when I take a screenshot?

Don't seem to have the option of capturing screens within 3rd party apps like Google Maps, Livesearch, Iheartradio, Slacker, etc. Plans to allow this? I would love to be able to capture screen in more than just BB apps. Thanks...

Default Are my "custom" permissions ok? - 09-05-2009, 09:01 PM

Works like a charm here although, after the initial CaptureIt prompt, my permissions defaulted to different levels than those recommended in the first post. Not sure if I should change them:
