Has anyone gotten DTG Premium I am curious if the install is a downloadable .exe or if it just OTA.

There is no Premium DTG to download. The registration and activation keys merely enable the functionality within the software downloaded.

I am just curious as what happens if I buy DTG Premium and I do an OS upgrade or get a new device.. Do I have to re-buy it or do I just buy it once and I am set?

Well, I have performed several OS upgrades and its never been an issue to-date (I always remove the "DocumentsToGo.alx" bundled with the OS).

At this point intime I haven't upgraded to a new device so I am not really sure what would happen. Probably best to ask Dataviz before you purchase.
