Yes the permissions are set to allow. I had Peekawho installed but kept it disable for incoming sms.

Works on my Bold. Did you set a Global entry also in addition to your contacts?

What's that mean exactly?

Sorry, I didn't come back to the forums for a day.

In an earlier version (might be fixed now), I found that in addition to setting up ID's for contacts, I also had to set up the Global one (click the Menu key while the app is open and you will see it).

What the Global entry is, is if you get an SMS from a sender that is NOT one of the contacts that you have defined, this Global one is a "catch-all" that picks up any other incoming SMS's. For me, even though the sender was one that was defined with an individual entry, it wouldn't work for me until I set up a global entry also.

Again, this may have been fixed in this release version; but I was suggesting it in case it hadn't been fixed yet.
