Lightbulb Email Alert Application

Please Login to Remove!

I searched and searched, and I can't seem to find anything that meets my criteria... Hopefully someone can help me..

I'm looking for an application that:

1) Watches the inbox for an email from 2 distinct email addresses
2) Intercepts the messages on reception, and alerts the user in a desginated manner.
3) Is deployable and updatable over the BES
4) Inturupts ANYTHING the user may be doing, phonecall, typing a message, etc, and insists on input from the user to ack the message.
5) <wishlist> Reports back to a desginated email address that the message has been delivered.

I know this can all be done using profiles/exceptions, but we have 120 users that need this behavior installed, AND maintained so it has become very tedious. Hopefully there is a OTS 3rd party application that meets my needs, otherwise I'll be learning to code for blackberry here pretty quick.

Can anyone help me in my quest?
