I was coming here to post in the Robolock thread about slow response and the resolution to my problem and saw this thread.

My request took around 3 weeks for them to get back to me. I received a response 2 days ago.
Well actually I did 2 requests at the Robolock website. After waiting 2 weeks from the first I sent a 3rd request through Handango. Handango got them to reply in a few days with the insightful recommendation to re-install the application. That was after I clearly had said in the original message, which was at the bottom of the email, that I had tried the versions at both the Handango and Dexmobile website. They did not reply when I said I tried it again and it didn't work. So technically that was a response, but it was useless.
But the request through their website was still active under a different number and finally they got back to me with a better response. 3 weeks later.
