downloaded from the mobile site...install went fine. however I can't login to my sling account from the program on the BB...it says "unable to connect to slingbox server" or something like that. I also ran SlingPlayer on my PC and updated the slingbox software to the latest version.

Any idea what's going on?

works fine on my end

log into your sling account from the web page and add your slingbox... check your firewall settings. if you can view your slingbox from sling's web page u should be good to go

just a piece of advice... use wifi...

Maybe I'm an idiot but I can't see where to login to my sling account on the web. I set it on the support tab but no where to enter my sling box info.

However, I don't currently have a Wifi connection so I tricked the program by going into settings and changing Connection Method to "Mobile" from "Wi-Fi Preferred"....then it let me log into my sling account and shows my slingbox in the directory. At first it wouldn't connect but it just seemed to work.

Looks pretty sweet!

No support for CDMA devices at this time. Sprint, Verizon, Telus & Bell users will have to wait a bit longer.

major problems now, had it working for 2 months, now it wont connect to the internet
