Default New version of BeeJive - 12-30-2008, 09:54 PM

Just got the option to upgrade to the new version of BeeJive. Not noticing anything different right off the bat. Anyone know what was included in the update?

Doh, just noticed this thread :

http://www.blackberryforums.com/afte...-1-1-beta.html

However, I think this isn't a beta release, and also that thread says the beta only worked on 4.6 devices. I'm on my Curve with 4.5 OS.

I got the upgrade notice as well. Nothing seemed different.

BeeJive/JiveTalk upgrade for OS 4.6 devices | BlackBerryNews.com

It's a rolling upgrade notification, starting a few days before Christmas.

I'm confused. Why does it want to upgrade my 4.5? I thought it was only for 4.6.

With OS 4.6, message integration is one new feature which I love!

There are noticeable changes in 1.1.1, on OS 4.6 devices, due to a difference in the API.

4.5 users received stability/bug fixes only.

1. To get message integration you must both enable it and have "hide sent" turned off in message options on BB

2. In testing my BB Bold drained the battery very quickly so i uninstalled

I believe you need to have "Hide Filed" disabled (per BeeJive Support).
