Zumobi just released a new Xbox app for tracking stats and reading the latest Xbox news. You can grab it at Zumobi: Inside Xbox 360.

I am a bit disappointed by it. It seems a bit clunky and slow. Not to mention that I can't seem to get it to see my gamertag. But it is the initial release, I am sure it will get better.
