I'm looking for a review ofMycaption voice /text app. I downloaded it 4 days ago, I like it so far but am wanting to get others input.

Can't believe you got no replies. Perhaps since Vlingo is free. However, I am on a free trial and like it alot. I use only email and calendar with a lot of calendar inputs. Email works great as long as you know a contact that has several emails needs done manually until you get to the body of the email then you can dictate. Otherwise, a single email address works great as spoken and comes back quickly and accurate. However, I am having trouble putting my spoken calendar entries into a specific day/time slot. They have come back as all day events, some words missing, or not at all. I tried opening the specific time/day and selecting the add note feature then speaking the entry. None of those have come back yet. I am emailing their support. My minutes are disappearing quickly and if not resolved, I may need to use another email for the free trial or wait till I get another phone that supports Vlingo.

One thought: Does giving them access to your email and calendar compromise your private info on the phone. IE, ability for them to access other emails not dictated and other calendar info.

I can only think of password keeper where I have private data, and it is protected by a password.

Figured out the calendar inputting. I would say this is a good app, but ran out of free trial time before I could put it to real world use. Maybe they will give me 5 more minutes to really test.

They gave me extra time and prompt on email replies. Excellent program. I will buy.
