I have never used/tried eCell (nor Documents to Go, other than to fire it up), but if I had to guess, the message seems to roughly be conveying that it may be due to a 65k row limitiation.

Excel 2003 has a limitation of 65,536 rows and 256 columns. Excel 2007 is not limited in this way, offhand I think '07 uses virtual memory to get past this limitation. My guess is that eCell may be Excel 2003 compatible and has this limitation and the spreadsheet was created in Excel 2007.

Again, this is purely a guess, but it's the first thought that came to me when I saw the "65" in part of the error message.

Does this occur on all spreadsheets, or just this one? Is it a "large" spreadsheet, possibly created in Excel 2007?
