Note: Profiler will not change the Profile if the Blackberry is in the Holster or locked. You will get a vibrate and/or sound to notify you to unholster or unlock the device. Profiler will then switch the profile.

I use this on my 8320 and LOVE it!

Before I had seen this posting, I went ahead and downloaded and registered the standard Profiler application. Is there any harm in installing this beta version over the top of the released version?

Also, I'm wondering if you've ever considered adding control of the Bluetooth setting? I had a very similar application on my old Treo which allowed me to turn the Bluetooth off when I was sitting at my desk and didn't want it draining the battery.

Lastly, since leaving the Treo, time-based roll out of profiles became a number 1 priority for me. I am very glad that I found your application!!!

Unless you have a REALLY old version of Profiler (the data structures changed at one point), you should have no problem. Your profile schedules, registration info, keywords, custom names, etc. should be retained. FWIW, I've installed quite a few over top of each other with no problems thus far.
