Default Switched from 8310 to 8900 - 01-07-2009, 10:53 AM

Today I have switched from 8310 to 8900 but none of my 3rd party software was transfered to the new device. I had Ascendo Money and Ascendo Datavault. I have tried reinstall with new downloading but i get the message "no additional applications for your device were found".

It is the first time that I switch a device but it is very important to me to have my data of the two mentionned programs...Can anyone help?

4.6.1 I believe.

1st Step in Troubleshooting: Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
2nd Step in Troubleshooting: Pull the Battery.
