Bottom line -- there are no known viruses for the BlackBerry. There are a couple of known spy programs, but they cannot be installed without user action and permissions. If you keep your BlackBerry locked and don't let anyone mess with it, you are well protected from spy programs.

IMO SMobile is selling snake oil.
