Default DESPERATE for help with Freedom Univ Keyboard

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,

I honestly don't recall working so hard to get something as simple as a keyboard to work.

I've got my Freedom Universal Keyboard paired, have installed the drivers, registered the app..it sees it and connects to it but I get the error that tells me I need to allow Keystroke Injection.

I followed the directions from Freedom to the letter and have pushed the new software config out to the device but still can't change Keystroke Injection to ALLOW on the device.

I've been toiling for 3 days on this thing and have 2 "tickets" open with Freedom but they don't seem to want to respond.

Can ANYONE help please!?!?!

Thanks so much.

Sounds like you need to adjust the application permissions. options>advanced>applications>highlight keyboard app>menu(edit default permissions)

It is probably listed as Bluetooth Keyboard. You will then need to expand the Interactions portion, and Keystroke Injection will be the 4th option in the expanded list.

I'm sorry your support tickets have not so far been answered. The reason is that we have been short staffed due to sickness over the last two days.
The technical team have your support ticket now and you will be hearing from them.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
