The website for Toysoft (mycalllogs) was posted in the update. You can download OTA or using DM from the Toysoft website.

It does what it says, logs calls (incoming or outgoing) and missed calls in the calendar. A very useful program to trial (and definitely buy!)

OK, hold the phone. So to speak.

I just returned to my computer after some morning appointments and all of my calls from this morning have been sync'd to my Google Calendar. None of my calls from yesterday showed up, but today's calls all did.

Another day or two of this and I will be buying multiple copies.

I gotta say that this is a great application. It does EXACTLY what it says it does and it will sync with Google Calendar. That first day there were issues with calls, but every one after that has stayed in sync.

I was going to pay Skydeck (https://skydeck.com/) $9.95 a month because it was the only way that I could see to get call logs in such a way that I could make notes and take action on tasks from those calls. This little $6 application saves me that money and it allows me to add notes to calls instantly. No more remembering what I wanted to note. On top of that, with a couple of clicks I have created a task in reQall from the calendar entry and I am free to move on to the next issue.

Great app, great price and not a single problem. My demo runs out tomorrow or the next day so I will be registering before then. I have put the demo on the other 3 devices in my house and I would bet that everyone else will love it as well.

How would this be used? Seems like it would just make a bloody mess of my calendar? Am I missing something?

If you don't need to keep track of your calls or to add notes to calls then you won't find this very useful. I needed something to streamline my tracking of calls, when they happened and to be able to make notes of discussions and create tasks to make sure that I follow up properly on my commitments.

It can make a mess of things in a way. I get A LOT of calls a day, but in agenda view the calls always appear above whatever is next on my calendar. I also can delete anything that I don't need to keep either on the phone or in Google Calendar. Google Sync adds all of these call logs to Google Calendar and then to Outlook. Using Google Desktop I can search for and easily find all notes on my computer that relate to a given contact.

I was going to pay Skydeck $10 a month just so I could use the call log/call note feature. This is like $7 one time and is so much more useful given that Skydeck and Dashwire don't sync the information to Outlook or any other calendar.
