Hello all,

I tried posting at the looking on the Beejive site with no avail. The problem I'm having is everything installed without issue; however, only my contacts with MSN email addresses will show in the buddy list. Most of the other accounts have yahoo email addresses. Even though they are online, it will show them off line. If I send them a message I show off line as well.

I have the 8310 with OS 4.5.0.124. The beejive version is 1.1.1. Is anyone else having problems? Oh I've also tried the standard battery pull, re-installed the software, and multiple re-logging into Beejive. I also have the trail version but was considering a paid version if I can get this to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had a problem with my MSN/windows live buddies not carrying over, after going back forth with beejive it turned out beejive must upgrade their servers, they said that msn changed their protocol so beejive has to upgrade their servers.

Thanks for the reply Steve. On the Beejive site they said they were having problems with MSN, but in my mind, this wasn't my issue since it seems to work perfectly with everyone that has an MSN/hotmail account. The only one that don't work are the people with yahoo accounts.

From the reviews I read I thought everyone really liked Beejive so I thought I would try it. I'm glad I didn't spend the money before I tried it.

Oh and sorry Dubdub. I debated between here and the 8310 thread. I just picked the 8310 since it might be issue with the 8310 and the new OS. Thanks for moving it for me.
