Default DWG or DXF Viewer

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I know this has been asked before, but the posts are a few years old so I am hoping things have changed, but does anyone know if there is a DWG or DXF viewer available for the Blackberry? I have read about Pocket PC Cad Viewer by CadSoftTools, but this appears to work only on Windows Mobile.

I would really like to view DWG files on my Blackberry, and converting the drawing files to PDF is not really a practical solution since I find the PDF viewers are quite slow to render a drawing compared to a text document.

Thanks.

Default PDF Render...possible solution

I cannot assist with your original request, but I do know of a PDF Reader that works great now with our berries, been using it since their beta.
RepliGo Reader for BlackBerry - (PDF Reader)

It's at least worth checking out the trial to see if it renders your converted drawings fast enough to be of use to you.

I use this app to read large technical document pdf files, which include text and graphics, the time to render a page is quite sufficient for me. The latest version imroved on that even more. Now I don't have to lug around my laptop or printed versions to keep up with my reading anymore. Lifesaver, actually.

Good luck.
