Hello all, i am new here and I am trying to figure out a few things out about my BB8330. I checked my OS version and I have 4.5.0.77...I read on here that I should have Documents to Go with version 4.5.*.*! I cannot see it anywhere in my phone, can someone explain to me how i can get it?

Welcome to the forums.

You most likely did not check the box to install Docs to Go. It isn't checked by default AFAIK. Connect your device to your PC and launch DM, go to App Loader and check the box and select next. It should load Docs To Go on your device.

You need to download and install the phone OS to your computer.

Then you need to download and install BlackBerry Desktop Manager to your computer.

Then connect you phone to your computer with the USB cable and open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Then click on Application Loader and select Documents to Go and install it.

If i checked my phone and it gave me that as an OS, doesn't that mean it's already installed?

Also, i did check in the Application Loader, and i do not see Documents to Go listed. I see Live Messenger, Opera Mini and Facebook listed there..I installed all of these on my own when i got my phone a few days ago.

Follow Motorcycle Mama's advice. You will need to download and install the OS onto your PC then it will show.
