Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

That's weird.
Go to your email settings and resend the service books.
Then wait 20 min and pull your battery with the device on and place back. See what happens.

In Email setting there is
Enable HTML mail yes
Confrim Read no
Send Read recipts yes

I tired what you told me but I still can't open hotmail messages.
I don't want to screw up my regular email.

Have you tried to configure some other account. Gmail or yahoo for example.. May be there's some problem in the settings that you have from Hotmail

Welcome to the forums.

Have you tried resending your service books? How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

If that doesn't work, try removing the account and then re-adding it.

Are you doing it from the BB or from the Carrier/Blackberry log-in site on your PC.

I had a similar problem recently in which I had set up the hotmail account on my BB. I went in on my PC to the Carrier/Blackberry log-in site and reset the account and had not problems?

Just a suggestion...
