Default Ascendo Money wont synch...any ideas. - 02-13-2009, 09:54 PM

I had to wipe my blackberry and now I cannot get Money to synch. I get the error message “ascendo synchronization process failed: null”. I have tried uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling on both BB and desktop to no avail. It seems the Blackberry is attempting to change the desktop, but not the other way around. Please help!

I'm sorry I can't help you, but in my experience, Ascendo's tech support is excellent. Have you contacted them yet?

I apologize for the late response on the resolution to this issue. Ascendo was fabulous with the tech support. It appears that when I re-installed AM on my BB, I used the "send to my phone" feature on handango. While it had only been 2 weeks since my initial install, the new install via "send to my phone" was an updated version and did not communicate well with the previous version on my laptop. The simple solution was to update the laptop version and all is well now. Thanks Ascendo for supporting your product so well.
