Question VyMail question

Please Login to Remove!
I've signed up for a YouMail account and then downloaded VyMail to my phone, then went to options and put in the YouMail PIN. My question is...is that it? Does VyMail overrun YouMail? I don't want to get texts from YouMail AND alerts from VyMail.

You can configure YouMail (via the website) and VyMail (via Profile) to alert you (or not) as you wish.

Heh, not much use now. I guess VyMail requires a data plan, which I don't have...

You do need a data plan to download the MP3 of the message file. Without a data plan you can use the web interface from your laptop or desktop and you can also program your phone to dial your YouMail box when you hold the 1 key down.

Yeah, but when they send me the text saying I have a new VM, I just go to the phone number they provide to hear. Well thanks for your help!
