thanks for the two freeware, i know that this subject has been discussed a lot, but what i mean is some programs that you use for every day such as taks managers, personal assitant and so on. thanks for the help in advance

I don't know of any good free task programs.
For a small fee there is BB Task Pro
For a bigger fee, therre is To Do Matrix, Task Master etc.

Pocket Day Pro, Pocket Informant and Agendus are packaged programs which include the task component.
