When I receive sms text messages on my Bold, I usually respond to them, save them, or delete them from the sms icon. And then later I find the list of all the sms texts on my pocketday screen. And even though I have dealt with them individually before I have to delete them one by one from the pocketday screen. I don't have this problem with my calendar or anything else. Is there a setting I am missing? Or perhaps a 'delete all" that I am missing for the sms texts?

3rd party applications cannot mark SMS's read, like they can for emails. This is due to the RIM API's, which do not allow it.

Again, this applies to ALL 3rd party applications, they cannot mark SMS's as read.
