| EasyDialer 1.3 debuts BlackBerry App World. EasyDialer 1.4 is available on callingcarddialer.com late today.
It's tested working well with AT&T calling card. And great UI/functions improvement.
Thanks for your support! Vish!

| Works very well. i found that i no longer use berrydialer though it worked fine too, but the font for creating new cards is too small. Keep up the good work.

| Hi waiho,
If you can tell your calling card settings, your device model, OS version, carrier, and steps, I'd like to help to identify the problem.

William | Hi William,
My calling card number is register with the website basically what i normally do is, use my mobile to dial a local number that provided by the IDD provider.
Step are, call [localnumber] and then to the destination number. No pin require. The provider call www.freecall.com
I'm using 8900 Curve. with .199 latest firmware, with o2 provider.
Note: cardkaller work for my phone but not easydialer.
Thank you. | | Offline

| Hi waiho,
I'd like to help you to investigate the problem why EasyDialer doesn't work with your BlackBerry. Please tell your calling card details and destination number format in very details.
1. calling card setting
call type:
service number:
dial sequence before destination#:
international prefix:
dial sequence after destination#:
2. destination#
You don't have to tell the real number, but exact format, including if there is "+", "1" or "011" at the beginning of destination number.
I'll let you know my test result as soon as possible. If it's because of EasyDialer's bug, I'll fix the bug and apprieciate your help with free activation.
Your IDD provider sounds a subscription based service that EasyDialer should support well.
Regards,
William

William | Hi Willam,
Here is the detail:
1. There isnt any dial sequence before or after the service number.
International prefix: is 00
2. Destination# is followed by my contact list. which is +44
This is what i did without a callingcard software.
Dial [IDD number] then when connected, I just need to dial the following destination number that i want followed by 00 [countrycode] [ contact number].
Hopes it help.
Many thanks | | Offline

| Hi Weiho,
Based on your information, you can add a calling card as below:
Active: check
call type: direct call
service number: your IDD provider's number
dial sequence before dest#: pause( you may leave it empty. just try with and without pause)
international prefix: 00
dial sequence after dest#: empty
If it doesn't work, please let me know what error you get. Thanks.

William | Hi William,
This is the setting i was configure. But still not dialing the destination number.
Why dont you try the setting by putting a localnumber at the service number option and the international prefix: 00
and try to make a call using your software.
I believe is will only dial the service number. and once connected it will not dial the destination number.

| Hi weiho,
I did know the way to test EasyDialer. Actually I set my home phone number as Service Number, and 00 as prefix, and dialed my another phone number. When I picked up my home phone, I heard the dialing tones clearly. It worked well!
EasyDialer requires you to allow it access phone functions. Did you deny the permission when EasyDialer pops up for phone access?
Is there any other dialer application on your blackberry? If yes, do you know if the other dialer applicaiton filter or block phone calls?
I'm going to send you an email with more detailed test steps. please check.

| Hi ReMo9071,
Does Google Voice support callback? If yes, could you tell the manual steps to finish a call?
I don't have Google Voice account for now. You may consider to create a new thread to ask existing Google Voice users for help.
