Default Change my device pin on mobihand.com? - 03-25-2009, 07:00 PM

I downloaded BB Smart Alarms Pro when it was updated a couple weeks ago and had to go to mobihand.com to transfer my license from my old 8300 to my new 8900. Well my 8900's speaker went out so T-Mobile sent me a new one, however now when I go to mobihand.com and go under my account, I don't see anywhere to transfer licenses or change the PIN it's associated with. I don't know if the site has changed since a couple weeks ago or what but I just don't remember how to do it. I can change my device but even if I select a non RIM device, the PIN doesn't change (and there is no option to change next to it). This wouldn't be a big deal but my old registration code for BB Smart Alarms Pro isn't working because it's tied to my old pin. Anyone know if I'm just missing something, or if there's a limit to how many times you can change your device per month or something?

Send email to Mobihand to change your pin and that will generate a new code

Yeah, I went ahead and did that before posting. I did it myself somehow on their website about 2 weeks ago and was just trying to figure out how to do it on my own again.

Wow, did not know that there was a way to do it yourself. I have to look into that
