Wirelessly posted (Blackberry 7280)

There are several choices, but I find Tiny Twitter to be the nicest to use.

Suggest you do a search. Has been asked a few times lately.

Twitterberry is popular but I agree with the second poster on this.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry Curve 8900)

If you can get an invite then SocialScope is an excellent client as well.

Twitterberry (also of features are found lacking ...can't favorite tweets /add people)
Tinytwitter (different)
social scope (can also update facebook status as well) has a severe memory link(still in alpha)

I prefer Twitterberry despite everything.

I hear there is a new program in beta testing tweet_genius but has not been released yet.
