One of my users called me yesterday and said all of his appointments older than 7 days (excluding reoccuring appts) has been erased from his BB calendar (8800 with 4.5 OS). This was a day or so after he had updated his Epocrates. He has his calendar set to keep appts forever and his BB shows 9MB of space free.

This has happened to him once before, but at that time, I didn't draw the connection to Epocrates. Has anyone else had this issue? What have you done about it?
