I am looking for free or affordable applications that serve these purposes:

-Provide voice-mail for my mobile, preferably that can also translate them into text, note Youmail does not work with my provider(Bell Mobility)

-Long distance/VoIP app that works in my aforementioned region with my aforementioned provider

-Image display that is more intuitive than native app, would like to be able to set/change resolutions the images pop up in as well as view multiple images sequentially if possible

I guess further to this is there a method with which to run programs native to Windows XP Pro OS that I do not know of as there is a superb freeware sequential image display program I could run that being the case.
