Default Lost appointments - 05-05-2009, 01:21 PM

8130 OS 4.5.0.131 using BES

I recently lost all my past appointments up to about a week ago. They appear on my company's server's calendar but are not sync'd to the BB calendar. New future appointments sync fine. I think that something I put on recently blew a setting away. I know that doesn't help much, but does anyone have any experience with third party software ruining the sync process?
Any advice would help. Thanks.

could it be the service book for calendar that is ruined?

Possible, the BES admin can re-send your service books.

Haven't heard of a third party interfering with the OTA sync of the BES before...

I'd get in touch with your IT Dept.

If that doesn't work you could clear your device calendar and then force it to sync with your desktop calendar.

From the device, go into the calendar > Options > Wireless sync = No and save.
Go back into Options and scroll to the bottom, type RSET (you will not see anything being typed). You will then be prompted that you are going to wipe your calendar. Select Yes.

Turn wireless sync back on and save. You will then be prompted that you will overwrite appointments. Don't worry about that as you have no appointments to overwrite as they were just wiped. Select yes.

Wait a few minutes and then check your calendar again. You should see your appointments.
