Wirelessly posted (My Bold)

I absolutely love the app. Curious tho. I am running the beta with facebook and seem to have problems keeping connected to facebook.

However, I tried im+ beta with facebook, and it seemed to work fine

Anyone else have this or know a way to fix it?

It is a beta..

I'd wait for an official release.. Unless you need this functionality now.

I'm having the same issue. beejive takes like 5-6 tries to connect to facebook. Then in varying time, it will be disconnected.

Also have had a problem with all my other buddy lists. if I sign on to each account individually they show up. If I do "log in all" they show as connected but no offline buds appear in the list.

yeah. i know its beta. just aggravating that im+ seems to work seamlessly.

and i have had some issues with beejive and the buddy thing mentioned. if you shut down the app and re-open it, it works fine. i hardly come across that as my beejive is running in the background 24-7

You can try IM+ free for a month I think..

I honestly found BeeJive more reliable then IM+ back when I wanted a multi-IM application.

But it was a while back and we all have different experiences with different things, so I would say try IM+ see if it works for you.

BeeJive has it on the way, and it has been in beta for a bit now, So I would assume they are getting closer to releasing it and sealing the deal.

I started using BeeJive on my 8900 running OS 4.6 and i noticed some changes:
1. I get notification (icon) on the home screen when I get a new message
2. Messages can show in the message folder, similar to the BB native IM clients.

I think its kinda cool

Which version of BeeJive are you using?

Those features were first introduced in1.1 beta actually.

My connectivity has gotten a lot better the past few days. I wonder if it has something to do with the new facebook chat on the site?

I don't have facebook chat on my BeeJive. Which version are you using?

FaceBook chat is enabled in the new BeeJive beta.. It has a few bugs however.

yes...technically the beta is the only one that runs in "wide screen" form.

Love the 9000!! It's everything I wanted (minus enough ON BOARD memory)!!

Well it really kills my battery so I just use RIM's gtalk and aim. Hard to understand why beejive requires so much chatter with their servers.

It is a beta, did you try and official version?

My battery is fine running the official version, and I've running BeeJive for over a year now.

Yes the beta does a job on my battery. But the official version 1.1.1 is not much better. I hate having to be tethered to my charger.

Have you tried IM+? As an alternative.

Yes and I do like it but not as much as Beejive. I'll wait till they release the final version and see if battery capacity improves.
