As I recall, it worked "out of the box" and I didn't have to do anything.
You could try removing it, doing a hard reset, and resinstalling, I guess.
EDIT: do the hard reset first.... if that doesn't work, then remove, etc.
EDIT #2: Go options > advanced options > applications > highlight Pandora > menu > edit permissions > menu > expand on connections > experiment with permissions the permissions
As I say, it worked out of the box for me, with default permissions. But who knows.
