Unhappy BeamSuite / BeamBerry Issue - 05-13-2009, 10:27 AM

I have an issue with Beamsuite not reading PDF files.
All though it will read the the quick start guide with no problems. I have many other apps on my BB and they all work good with no problems. Can someone please help me, thank you for your time & assistance.

Symptoms
When I try to view a PDF or any other supported format one of two things happen
A) I get a file transfer error after a few seconds
B) At some where in the proses of the file transfer it freezes up at different presentages of transfer and I have to do a batter pull.

What I have done to attempt to rectify the issue
A) Uninstall and Reinstall App
B) Upgraide app from BeamBerry 3.0.1 to BeamSuite 3.0.2
C) Edit Permissions from connections-Allow, Interactions-custom, user data-allow To connections-Allow, Interactions-allow, user data-allow
D) Made new PDF files and downloaded new PDF files for testing purposes
E) Tested all PDF files on 2 different PC's
F) Contact BeamSuite Support there answer was "It should work"
G) Reloaded BB OS to older version of 4.5 that was known to work flawlessly
H) Reloaded Currant BB OS version of 4.5

All with no joy

Have you tried contacting their support if they have any?

For the first time I feel the future might hold something different for me. It's possible I'm fooling myself but I'm willing to take the risk.

I would try an contact their support again.

Does this happen with every PDF or just a few others?

I'd download some random PDF and try that.
