sucks that only the download page is working. sounds pretty cool.

does it interface with exchange 2003 and Active Directory? you mean i can unlock accounts from the executive bathroom? hell yeah...

but seriously.. tell me about the security here, and what kinda features are tied in with it? does the program leave good ole port 23 wide open? is the program open source or pay or trial or what?

Mobiled is freeware, it's ran on your computer and connects to AIM/IRC so it can interact/sync with your BlackBerry. All it requires is that your BB is able to connect to AIM which most do.

Right now the only cool feature is the Windows Media Player control, allows you to skip to next song, back and pause/play right from your BlackBerry, my friends were amazed.

Remember this is the first release, I will ofcourse start adding new cool features as new ideas come up from users.

I will finish the site ASAP too.

Fixes:

IRC Bridge temp removed due to app lagging.
WMP Controls are not case sensitive anymore.

I'm working on a new version, if you want any features added please post them. I have added a command to shutdown the computer.

Can you please make download to desktop available so I can install using desktop manager, I do not like to install anything I cant control so over the air for me is not an option.

Ok It installed but are there any instructions that I can use to make it work, it logs me in but I do not know what else to do from there

i did see the over the air download, i need the over the air becuase right now all i have acess is to my mac my pc is at home and i want to play with this soon i cant wait a week till i get home

Sorry, it only works with Windows.

To control WMP send K for next song, D backskip and G to pause.

.restart and .shutdown to restart or shutdown the computer.

....amen to that.....that's my only beef with most 3rd party apps....

Nothing is installed on your phone so it doesn't really matter. The app is ran on your computer, when started it will start waiting for commands from you through AIM.

If anyone wants any new features added then please tell me.
