Default roblock help 8310 blackberry doing my head in - 06-27-2009, 04:42 PM

hi downloaded roblock onto my 8310 and purchased licence key and registered for roblock web interface off website point is the dam thing cant find my phone and dont know why, my service provider is t-mobile solo 20 with free internet im accessing the net through browser icon on the menu or using opera mini browser 3.0 my email account is with GMAIL and all my emails are sent to my mobile using funambol email service i keep getting emails from them with rb codes but thats it i havent a blackberry/rim email account or registered with them am i suppose to i really need step by step help on getting roblock working as bald aready so cant pull nomore hair out lol PLEASE WHAT AM I DOING WRONG HELP........................

umm might be a stupid question but iam not fimilar with the 8310 but odviously u have gps correct?

You need a blackberry data plan (i.e. push email). Getting mail through the browser won't do the trick.

hi i get my emails sent to my blackberry throuh pop3 service using funambol so just click funambol icon on screen and all emails are there previos post mentioned about gprs being enabled yes it is and checked working as for other post on blackberry 8310 how much does this cost and how do i get it and what difference will getting it make all help much appreciated

That won't cut it -- you need push email and a BlackBerry data plan. Clicking the icon for Funambol isn't push email.

Roblock connects to your device via push email.
