I just got my 9530 and am going through hell entering data. That keyboard was designed for someone with dainty fingers. After all those years wrenching on my machinery, my fingers have become stubs.
Maybe I am missing something but is there no way I could type all my stuff for the BB on my PC and upload/sync with the BB? Is there an application like the Palm's Desktop where I could enter data from my PC keyboard and then upload specifically my memos into my BB?

If you use Memos/Notes in Outlook, they can be synced to your BlackBerry via Desktop Manager.

I finally got it!
My first problem was setting the Palm to sync with outlook. I had to reload the desktop, during installation I was asked which conduit to use. Here I selected Outlook. It may of been possible to do this without reinstalling but I couldn't find the option.
Next it was Outlook. Again I reinstalled Outlook and used the Palm sync. Now I have my memos in Outlook.
Sync using the BlackBerry S/W worked!
