Default What application is recommended?

I thought that a thread with questions or recommendations of a paticular application would be a good topic to discuss.

I happen to have a question:

I saw this application http://www.blackberryapps.com/product.asp?id=17118 and wonder how good is it. How many people here use it? does it really work?

I hear it is really good, but I have the free version, and it works fine. Also, if you are trying to free up some memory, try a battery pull.
