I don't know if this is only happening to me, but do you notice that the information that is presented to you in the Facebook 1.6 for BlackBerry app is never nearly as much information as is actually happening on your Facebook page?
There are times when I get 3 or 4 updates within the application, and then when I check my page right after, there's 10-15 updates. I also realise that some of the information on my Wall don't show up either.
nope i get that too.
I saw a status post of someone and was looking for the previous one my friend had made, and was looking and looking, and hit a post i know was from last night (not the friends from lunch time) and i ended up going onto the friends profile view to find it.

Really and that shows everything? I normally do a refresh which I thought would bring all the most recent posts at the top, but that's not the case. I will try the view more option.
I've noticed this as well. It seems it doesn't show pictures people post, surveys taken, videos posted, etc.

The mail icon, only allows you to compose e-mails, you can't see the e-mails that you already have in your profile so that you can reply to any new ones.
Does this facebook app reduce battery life?....i see that even if u close the app, u can still get notification....and that means even if u close it, it's running in background....
I've not noticed any battery drain. The only way you get a notification is if you have your email that you have tied to your Facebook account being pushed to your device.
