Default Boxtone Error Message on my Tour

Please Login to Remove!

Can someone tell me why I get this message when I click on the link sent to me? The myBoxTone Insight download page can only be accessed from a Blackberry devise. Why doesn't BoxTone recognize my Tour?

Alex, apologies for the delayed reply.

This is most likely because your browser emulation mode is set to something other than 'BlackBerry'.

Please follow these steps and try again:

1. Open the browser app
2. Go to Menu->Options->Browser Configuration
3. Set the 'Browser Identification' setting to 'BlackBerry'

Let me know if you still have the problem.
