MasterDoc Fax Cover Sheet - Pointless -

The other day I was researching services that would allow me to fax documents directly from my BB, when I realised that the MasterDoc software that I had purchased last year and later uninstalled already had that functionality (I had uninstalled it because it was slow and the interface was not very user friendly to me). I reinstalled the latest version and sent a fax to myself to test how well it worked.
I noticed that, on my faxes, MasterDoc attaches a generic cover sheet. I also noticed that this cover sheet had a number of fields that were left blank (i.e. To, Fax Number, From, Fax Number, Business phone, & Home Phone). Naturally, I assumed that there was a way to enter this info via the MasterDoc application. After All, why would the fields be there if you had no way of populating them?
After looking through the User Guide to no avail, I submitted a trouble ticket via the Dynoplex Quickoffice website. They responded a few days later, stating that these fields were not available.
Personnally, I'd rather have no cover sheet at all than one that has no pertinent information on it. These people seem to have missed the point of why cover sheets are used. That or they just wanted to add something quick and dirty so that they could claim that their software included a cover sheet for faxing.
On another note, I also noticed that whenever I submitted a trouble ticket, I got an auto-reply from them that included my account user name and password. I brought this concern up to them as a potential security issue, but thus far, they don't seem to see any problems with this.
