make a calendar entry from your pc mail and attach a file.....

check your BB... the calendar entry is there. However, the entry shows that there is a file attached, but you cannot download it for some reason

Is there a way to view the calendar (day) condensed? I find myself missing appoinments that are scheduled past the lower viewing zone!

Default Double Time Slots - 02-06-2008, 06:59 PM

When I sync my calendar entries, it returns with double entry times i.e.
1000
1000 Meet Joe
1100
1130
1130 Lunch
1200
etc.
I've emptied my calendar in DM and reloaded it but with the same results. This occurs in the Day view. Can you recommend a solution?
Your expeditious reply would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Waythos

Have you tried Agenda view...set options to not show free time, it's relatively compact.

And I'm curious as to how you can miss an appointment if it has a reminder?

Cool BlackBerry Calendar Symbols - 02-09-2008, 06:38 PM

This is probably common knowledge to some, but where can I find a guide that lists what the symbols next to calendar events mean?

Is there a way to COPY an appt?

My habit from my HP 200 palmtop days (recent), was to set a sort of pre-appt earlier in the week just to remind me of the real appt. So I would set the appt for say, Feb 14, 2pm, dentist. Then I could COPY that whole dataset (time, dentist) to say, Feb 10 and paste it there. That way, 4 days before, I would get my first hint.

I don't see anything like that other than copying just the text "dentist" and then going to the 10th and setting all other settings.

Thanks in advance

set it to reoccur on the date you want by editing the event
