Default Aloqa - Always Be A Local

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone,

I'm happy to be a new member of this community and I look forward to learning from what you have to say!

I wanted to invite everyone who has a BlackBerry Curve 8900 or a BlackBerry Bold 9000 to download the beta of an application called Aloqa (aloqa.com).

Like the Web site says, Aloqa is a mobile service that proactively notifies you of interesting places, events, and Facebook friends near you. Instead of having to search, you can just look at your phone and see your favorite hotspots, friends, events of interest, and recommended bargains close by.

We'd love to get your feedback, and you should know that there are plans to release the application on additional BlackBerry models in the future.

Thanks!

Brandon Watts

akosnitzky - There's a great community here, and since Aloqa has expanded to start supporting BlackBerry devices, I've bookmarked these forums and plan on returning regularly to see what I can learn and share from experience as progress is made with the app.

Read this:

BlackBerry - BlackBerry App World FAQ

You do know that RIM has a totally devoted developer forum for AppWorld development?
