sugar sync od documents to go problem
 

i have sugar sync on my blackberry as well the free version of documents to go. now when i first installed sugar sync months ago i used it all the time. open sugar sync, find the document (either word, excel or PDF) and it would download it and open. now, i haven't used it for a while and when i try and open any of those it downloads it and then gives me an error of;
"this file cannot be opened because it appears to be a plain text file" (for word)
or
"this file cannot be opened because it is not a valid MS excel 97-2009 file" (for excel)
or
"your blackberry was unable to open this file because it does not have an appropriate viewer for this file time" (for pdf)

i am just completely puzzled. i checked through the documents to go updates but it says i have the latest version.

any help would be so much appreciated.

does anyone have an idea what the problem could be??
