Trying it out. On the 1st data import, it choked halfway through the upload on the contacts and 'journals'. After re-syncing twice, all of the information was synched. The initial setup process is very slow (probably my connection).

The reports feature is very nice and compelling, especially for the free edition. What is not stated is other than additional storage space for forms and live support, are there any limitations on the number of contacts, tasks, and calendar entries that can be synched? I could not find that info posted anywhere.

I am looking for a catch somewhere???

Free and good so far (crossing fingers)

Wonder how info is protected though.

Has anybody tried the Microsoft Office plug-in? They charge a monthly fee for it, and I'm wondering if it is any good.

I have just begun to play with niceoffice.com. I have 1800 contacts automatically uploaded.

Every time I get a spam email message (which is very very frequent) it creates a Journal entry. I don't know how to delete these.

It appears to allow me to enter details from each call which is nice. However, I don't see a simple way to do that at the end of each call. Momentem allowed that fairly well.

I am not certain really all of the features, but I am going to investigate it. Looks helpful. Ultimately, I'd like to replace ACT! with something of this type that is well integrated with the blackberry.

Anyone else find an app like this? I'd like something that tracks phone call logs, and I can make notes about it. Contact management is good too. Basically a simple CRM for the blackberry?
