Well at least that pretty much puts it in line a BeeJive user license.

Except current IM+ Beta actually works...

as opposed to the not-so-illustrious BeeJive FAILED Beta

I think BeeJive just put too much effort into their Twitter application for whatever reason.. Which in my opinion was a mistake.
