Hi, I'm having loads of problems with my Ubertwitter at the moment.
Yesterday, it suddenly started to say 'Network Error' everytime I loaded it up.
So, I uninstalled it, then re-installed it, but it continued to do this.
Then, I tried googling it fot help with my problem, and I deleted my Blackberry App World and also changed the settings on Ubertwitter to BIS-B.
It's now stopped saying 'Network Error', but now instead it says something like it's attempting to connect to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which isn't allowed by my IT policy. So basically, Ubertwitter still doesn't work.
Does anyone have ANY idea how I can fix this?
Help would be reaaaally appreciated :D

I'm not familiar with UK systems but the important question is are you on a BIS or BES. If you're on a BES meaning there is an administrator for your acct. (usually a company phone) then you will have to check with that person to see if the security parameters were changed.
If you are on BIS - no administrator then try auto network.
BTW latest version should be .925

I think the UK system will be pretty similar to the US. It's definitely on BIS-B. Auto Network is the one I would usually have selected, but that is the one that comes up with 'Network Error', so I changed to BIS-B and now this new message has appeared. As for latest version, I'll check to see if I do have it.
I suspect that the question was not what setting you had selected for Ubertwitter, but rather what sort of data plan you have. Is it the Vanilla BIS plan, or are you connected to a corporate BlackBerry Enterprise Server [BES] (from your employer).
I'm sorry, I'll probably sound really stupid now, but I'm only 15, so who would the employer be? I'm really unsure what plan it is that I'm on.
And as for asking Ubertwitter themselves, no I haven't yet. I'll try and contact them.
Is your BlackBerry new or was it purchased used? The reason for those questions is because you mention an IP Policy in your first post, and devices on BES often have IT policies. And usually that occurs when the device is issued by someone's employer.
If your device was bought used, it may have an old IT policy causing the problem. This FAQ tells how to remove it.
